Giving to the Chapters Health Foundation is an act of kindness. We never turn away patients who are uninsured or otherwise unable to pay — whether for palliative medicine, hospice care or any of our other compassionate programs or services.

Where will the money from my donation to Chapters Health Foundation go?

In the last year, our affiliates provided more than $8million in charity care. In order to continue to meet the needs of patients and families who cannot afford hospice services, we rely on community contributions. We never turn away patients who are uninsured or otherwise unable to pay — whether for home care, palliative medicine, hospice care, or any of our programs or services.

A tax-deductible gift will help meet the needs of those patients and honor the many different people whose lives are touched. It will also help support many vital community programs and services. How can I set up a regular contribution to Chapters Health Foundation from my company?

We invite you to join Chapters Health Foundation’s Corporate Honor Roll, a network of community-minded businesses whose philanthropic support is key to helping Chapters Health Foundation achieve its mission of bringing kindness and compassionate care to all patients and families. How can I partner with Chapters Health Foundation on a fundraising event in my community?

We greatly appreciate our friends in the community who wish to host fundraising events benefiting the Chapters Health Foundation. We are dedicated to ensuring that every dollar raised stays in our communities to directly help our patients during one of life’s most challenging moments.

From golf outings and walks to regattas and private dinners, community-hosted events raise money to help patients and their families who cannot afford hospice, home health or palliative medicine services. If you or your business, organization, community group or school is interested in hosting an event to benefit a Chapters Health System affiliate, we’d love to hear from you. Palliative medicine and hospice care for those who are uninsured or otherwise unable to pay for services.

Grief centers and programs for children. Our children and teen grief programs are made possible through generous community support. Please join us in fulfilling this very special need.
