Chapters Health System Recognized Again by the Great Place to Work® Institute
Eighty-one percent of team members said health system a great workplace for third year
Chapters Health System was certified for the third consecutive year as a great workplace in the Aging Services category today by the independent analysts at the Great Place to Work® Institute. Chapters Health and its affiliates (Chapters Health Home Care, Chapters Health Palliative Care, Good Shepherd Hospice, Hospice of Okeechobee, HPH Hospice and LifePath Hospice) earned this distinction based on extensive ratings provided by its team members in anonymous surveys. Chapters Health team members completed more than 951 surveys resulting in an 81 percent response rate and a confidence level and a margin of error of ± 3. Survey results indicated that, 91 percent of Chapters Health team members take pride in working for the organization.
