Dean Forman became the Chief Operating Officer of Chapters Health System, one of the nation’s premier community-based not-for-profit care delivery systems, in December 2018. As COO, Dean oversees the day-to-day operations of Chapters Health’s seven affiliates and corporate support initiatives that allow Chapters Health to redefine care for those with demanding health conditions.
In a nearly two-decade long career in healthcare, Dean has served in various leadership roles with Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care and Hospice Pharmacia (ExcelleRX).
As Executive Director and Vice President of Operations at Seasons, Dean managed the business affairs and overall operations of the hospice to support 600 patients daily, while ensuring the hospice offered a coordinated plan of care for all patients and families.
At ExcelleRX, Dean developed the organization’s strategic vision and led initiatives for sales, marketing, and client retention. During his tenure, he delivered year-over-year growth, including contracts with over 325 new hospice programs and 16,000+ new patients.
Dean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Organizational Development from Rider University and a Master of Business Administration from La Salle University.
